A little bit about Laura.
Hi, thanks for visiting my site. By Laura is a very exciting venture for me. Ever since I was little I've always liked making 'stuff'. Whether that's greetings cards for family, stitching and sewing some bunting or more recently, handmaking scented candles.
I began making candles myself when I realised how much I like them by how many times I'd find myself wandering around aisles in different types of shops and always ended up at the scented candles section. The scent is the most important thing for me, it has the power to conjure up memories, set a mood in a room and quite often help people to relax.
I made Rosemary scented candles for my wedding back in 2014 & from the success of them diversified my candle services into personalised wedding candles.
I really hope you enjoy my candles.
A little bit about my candles.
My candles are made from natural soy wax and blends of essential oils and phthalate free fragrance oils. This not only ensures they are predominantly natural but also when combined with the correct wick and scent, improves the burn of the candle. The burn time of my signature candles is approximately 50 hours. To best look after your candle I recommend that you burn it for at least an hour and a half on first burn (until the wax pool reaches the edge of the container) and cut the wick down to around 5mm before lighting.
By Laura candles are premium through the great quality ingredients used, the scent throw created, their long burn time and complimented with an afforable price tag.
